I was also noob modder at one time but now I am quite experienced.May be your main cause to cheat is money mod. See paid menus are the best they won't get u banned. But like me I can't or not willing to spend money on it you can go for kiddions modest menu it is free as it has bunker money options , rig casino(don't go for it if u want ) and little bit online protections.in tunables u can set rp as max 30 it can go up to 1000x but it won't work. It will help u increase rp side by side sell bunker money to become rich. Don't make more than 50m in a day to be safe. Don't buy everything at once. Don't troll. As per your question if u follow my points correctly I won't get banned.if u use another mod menu don't add stealth money to bank account. If I get banned using a mod menu first time it will be for 30 days and next ban will be permanent. Hope it helps u. If u have another question u r most welcome.
