question sometimes i have runtime error

Hello guys, i have a problem. (firstly sorry for my bad english)
I have runtime error for some hacks. And I can't fix this error! I've tried everything! But I can't fix them. Please help me.

for example ; I can't inject fatality.crack but it worked when my friend tried.

I've installed all the C++ .

I've reparied c++ too many times.

I tried to write these codes from CMD and restart the computer. "bcdedit / set IncreaseUserVA 2800"

 

I started to get that error after the format (reset OS). My friend's OS is Win10 but my pc's OS is win7, but I didn't get that error before the format. And now i can't fix this error.
