Compiling weave error

so basicly i wanted to play with weave a little bit so i decided to paste it. but before i got new offsets etc i tried compiling it to check for errors and this popped up.

I tried looking for the v143 but i couldnt find it can anyone help me pls?

Change your build tools to v142 or just install v143 build tools extension

ok thanks it worked but i got this error. 

i downloaded direct x but it didnt help it do you know how to fix it ?

Direct x does not have anything to do with the build tools
