[Question] CS:GO Game banned but i still can join community servers

So if i recall correctly, there are 3 types of bans on CS:GO, Untrusted ban, Overwatch ban, and VAC ban, in my case im not sure since i have a competitive cooldown too, if i try to queue for matchmaking, i get a message saying i am VAC banned, but i can perfectly join community servers that are secured by VAC. Valve is not valving? Something is wrong in my opinion, let me know your thoughts
